A team from the Office of the Registrar’s Welfare Association has paid visits to five retired senior administrators of the University.
A team from the Office of the Registrar’s Welfare Association has paid visits to five retired senior administrators of the University.
The retired senior administrators included two former Registrars,-Mr. Samuel Kofi Ohene and Dr. Isaac Ohene; former Head of Security Section, Lt. (GN) David Koku (Rtd); former Estate Officer, Mr. Emmanuel Gyamfi and Rev. Evelyn Efua Nickel.
Purpose of the Visit
The visit was to interact and find out how the retired staff members of the Office of the Registrar were faring and also to acknowledge their valuable services that had contributed in positioning UCC as one of the Universities in the country. Each of the retired senior administrators received a hamper and an undisclosed amount of money.
The 12-member team from UCC was led by the Director of Human Resources, Rev. Isaac Baafi Sarbeng and the President of Ghana Association of University Administrators, UCC Chapter, Mr. Kwabena Antwi-Konadu. Others include Mrs. Alberta Yaa Graham, Mr. Ebenezer Aggrey, Mr. David Larbi, Mrs. Georgina Aglobitse, Mr. Alfred Attafuah, Mr. Victor Addison, Mrs. Esther Ababio and George Sowah Boye.
